This page shows the process assessments proposed to comply with the intent of the HFI Instructions in the AMS.
The AMS has 3 high-level instructions relating to HFI. These are:
A full set of the instructions in the AMS that relate to HFI is included here.
In the event that it is necessary to assess the extent to which a project or organisation complies with these instructions, then a Capability Evaluation of project processes necessary for HFI to meet these instructions will be undertaken.
To meet the intent of the Instructions, it is necessary to perform most of the processes in the HSL model. The remaining processes are highly desirable from the point of view of competitive advantage.
The processes identified in the 'Initial' column are proposed as being the most diagnostic; a quick assessment will give a good indication of the level of compliance.
The processes identified in the 'Mandatory' column is the minimum set needed to achieve compliance.
